Billing questions

The details

How does the free trial end?

7 days after sign-up. No card is required, nothing is charged automatically, and the app shows what remains of the trial.

How does subscribing extend the trial to 30 days?

Subscribing on the web during the trial sets the end of the free period to 30 days after the day you signed up. Subscribe on the day you sign up and the full 30 days remain. Subscribe later in the trial and fewer remain. The subscription price is the same either way, and the free period is measured from sign-up, so the extension cannot be gained twice.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from the account page for a web subscription, or from the store subscription settings for an App Store or Google Play purchase. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

What about refunds?

For a web subscription, write to help@quaverley.com and the request will be considered in line with the terms. For a store purchase, Apple or Google manages refunds through the store.

Do store prices and trials match the web?

Not always. Prices in the Apple and Google stores may differ because of their fees, and their trial terms are their own. The web prices on this page apply to web subscriptions.

Which currency is charged?

The price is shown in the currency for your region, in pounds sterling in Europe and in US dollars elsewhere. The currency and amount are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Will I get receipts?

Stripe emails a receipt for web subscriptions. Apple and Google email receipts for store purchases, and the subscription appears in your store account.

Is there a teacher or student discount?

Not yet. A teacher view is in development, and pricing for studios will follow it. For teachers has the plan and the teacher list.
